Complaints

1. Complaint resulting from the courier's fault:
    a) Complaints must be submitted no later than 7 days after the customer receives the package
    b) The complaint must contain a photo of the damaged product / package
    c) At the customer's request, the order will be re-ordered and the goods will be shipped or a refund will be made
2. Complaint resulting from manufacturing defects of the product or product inconsistent with the order:
    a) Complaints must be submitted no later than 7 days after the customer receives the package
    b) The complaint must contain: a photo of the product (preferably included in its entirety) and a photo of the manufacturing defect of the product
    a) If the goods are wholesome, but not in accordance with the order, the customer is obliged to return it. For this purpose, it receives a return label (upon receipt of such a notification, the customer service office generates the appropriate label on the carrier's website and sends it to the customer). If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer can stop it and dispose of it.
    b) At the client's request, it will be ordered to re-order and send the goods or a refund will be made

ATTENTION
Technical defects do not include color differences resulting from poor color reproduction on computer monitors.
