The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receiving the package, without giving a reason. The exception are special products (ordered to size) - the customer is not able to return such a product, unless the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. The cost of return shipment is borne by the customer. If the product is damaged, incorrect or has a manufacturing defect, Forwall is responsible for the return shipping costs (the customer receives a return label). Alternatively, if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer can stop it and dispose of it.

Forwall is obliged to give the client money within 14 days of receipt of the return parcel, the same way that the customer paid for the goods.
Re-dispatch to the customer (in case the package returned to Forwall or the customer could not pick it up):
    • The customer is obliged to provide the exact shipping address again, even if sent to the same address
    • Re-dispatch is made within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of notification (in case the package has already returned to Forwall)
    • Forwarding costs are borne by Forwall.
